Effective October 29, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cybersafr.com (the “Site”), operated by CyberSafr LLC (“CyberSafr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes only. You may not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • interfere with the Site’s operation, including through automated requests that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • use the Site to transmit malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes another party’s rights; or
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

2. Information only; no professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information about our services. It is not security, legal, compliance, or other professional advice, and it may not reflect your specific facts or regulatory obligations. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any information from the Site.

3. No client relationship

Contacting us or reviewing the Site does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. We provide services only under a signed written agreement. Any proposal, scope, or description on the Site is informational and is not an offer capable of acceptance.

4. No guarantee of security or compliance

No website, system, or control is completely secure. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. References to frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS describe areas we may support; they are not a representation that CyberSafr LLC or any client is certified, compliant, or audited. Certification and legal compliance depend on independent assessment and your own obligations.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by CyberSafr LLC or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your internal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERSAFR LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberSafr LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
