Privacy Policy
Effective October 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CyberSafr LLC (“CyberSafr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with cybersafr.com (the “Site”). We keep the Site simple: it has no accounts, forms, analytics, advertising, or third-party scripts.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if you include it), company, and the contents of your message and any attachments. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we have agreed on a secure method.
Technical information
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data to deliver and protect the Site, such as IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, and timestamps. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking, and the Site does not load third-party scripts, pixels, or embedded media. Cloudflare may process request data and set strictly necessary security cookies as part of its network services, depending on our configuration. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
2. How we use information
- respond to inquiries and communicate about services;
- provide services under a client agreement;
- operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights; and
- protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and securing the Site; performance of a contract when we provide services; consent where required; and legal obligations. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent at any time.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers that host or support the Site, including Cloudflare, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms;
- Professional advisors such as accountants, auditors, and lawyers, when necessary;
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and
- Parties you authorize or direct us to share with.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry emails and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Cloudflare retains technical logs according to its own policies and our configuration.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent. California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise a right, email mail@cybersafr.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
